Challenges make the work rewarding. When I’m able to complete a tough project, deal with complex issues, or help a customer through a problem, I feel a great sense of personal accomplishment. I also enjoy that my role comes with a great deal of diversity. I’m rarely working with the same people or same exact scenario which keeps me on my toes as I seek to deliver excellent service.

When I’m not working, I enjoy various types of motorsports that include everything from off road ATVs to motor cycles.
